Drew Fair (Founder)
– Drew's background includes over 25 years of
experience in Research and Development, Product Development, and
Advanced Manufacturing in the Aerospace, Medical and Industrial
markets. His specific areas of
expertise are in Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and Light Emitting Diode (LED)
technologies. Most recently he
managed New Product Development efforts for advanced LED aircraft
lighting equipment for VIP and VVIP aircraft at B/E Aerospace. Prior to
that he managed the New Product Development efforts for LED based
flight critical Displays and Instruments for Avionic Applications at
Astronautics Corporation of America. His key interests are
in LED based Avionics electronics and sub-assemblies, product
development in the Avionics, Medical and Telecommunications market
segments. Photometric testing
and characterization, and overall Program Management. Drew has a
Bachelors in Physics from University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth, and
a Masters in Liquid Crystal Physics from Kent State University.
Greg
Heine
– Greg’s background includes 25 years of experience creating
manufacturing systems for flat panel displays, electronic instrument
clusters and semiconductors lasers. His key strengths are in electronic
material selection and qualification, new product launches and
Reliability/Quality systems. Greg has extensive experience in problem
solving and failure analysis, FMEAs, HALT, HASS, PPAP, Telcordia testing, and ISO 9001. Greg was
responsible for testing and analysis for the first LED backlight display
based electronics for out of doors use in the Industrial market. Greg has two degrees from Michigan Community
College, Flint, Michigan.
Mark
Fochs – Mark’s
background includes over 20
years of manufacturing experience in various Engineering and Management
roles in the Electronics Industries ranging from Manufacturing
Engineering to Research and Development. Most recently he is the
Director of Research and Development at Renaissance Learning LLC. His
key strengths are in process development and manufacturing systems for
electronic and electro-optic assemblies. Mark has a Bachelors in
Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and an MBA from
the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.
