Drew Fair (Founder) – Drew's background includes over 18 years of experience in Research and Development, Product Development, and Advanced Manufacturing in Flat Panel Displays (FPDs). Most recently he managed the Research and Development efforts for liquid crystal based FPD and Telecommunications devices at Planar Systems Inc. His key interests are in FPD materials and technologies, product and process development for FPDs, testing and characterization, and program management. Drew has a Bachelors in Physics from University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth, and a Masters in Physics from the Liquid Crystal Institute at Kent State University. Greg Heine  –  Greg’s background includes 20 years experience creating manufacturing systems for flat panel displays, electronic instrument clusters and semiconductors lasers. His key strengths are in electronic material selection and qualification, new product launches and Reliability/Quality systems. Greg has extensive experience in problem solving and failure analysis, problem solving and failure analysis, FMEAs, HALT, HASS, PPAP, Telcordia testing, and ISO 9000. Greg has two degrees from Michigan Community College, Flint, Michigan.
